Why does my body require caffeine, or other psychoactive substances, in order to experience a positive mood? I feel bleakness and despair if I haven’t had a cup of coffee or energy drink to start my day.
Every time I drink coffee, I feel so good, but I get terrible mood swings and have low energy for three days after that. Is that normal?
Does it happen to you that after you have coffee you feel energetic for sometime, but later feel dullness?
What is the clear difference between the heart and the mind?
