Nutrition and ADHD - Caffeine - Food Additives - 2020

Some people view coffee/caffeine as good;  others view coffee/caffeine as neutral;  still others view coffee/caffeine as unwanted and they make different food choices.

It was a little challenging for me to realize that a few people are sensitive to some food additives but many are not.

Many people enjoy eating organic peanuts and organic peanut butter sandwiches but a few find peanuts to cause problems including death.

Food additives:  the same food additive can have a variety of detectability levels including many persons viewing the food additive as an inert, neutral ingredient yet a few persons discovering the food additive, for them, acts as a powerful, undisclosed drug which is viewed as positive or negative.

Caffeine works for some with ADHD;  food additives in FDA approved medicines and foods need better ingredient labels.
