How much can nutrition and other factors boost energy levels?

Good nutrition is important for everyone.  Energy is a word which has many meanings.  Basic ideas:  Organic nutrition, organic plant-based nutrition, pure water, clean air, wholesome ideas (As A Man Thinketh book by James Allen).  Regarding energy:  the ATP Citric Acid Cycle/Brain Electricity/Body Electricity.  The old medicine, caffeine, is closely associated with the concept of a short, temporary, slight energy boost.  X-ref:  coffee, caffeine, soft drinks, sports drinks, energy drinks, functional drinks, etc.  X-ref:  Stimulants, nootropics, FDA approved medicines which work for ADHD, epilepsy, narcolepsy, etc.  Movies:  Awakenings, Limitless, 50 First Dates, etc.  X-ref:  Nerves in Collision book by Alvarez, M.D.;  the How To (Temporarily) Cure Hyperactivity book (about Inattentive ADHD reduction) - Brothers, M.D.;  X-ref:  Renshaw, M.D.;  Remarkable Medicine book by Dreyfus, etc.  How much can nutrition and other factors boost energy levels?  In some cases, 90% for four or more hours at a time.  That’s my understanding.
