Caffeine Consumption - 2020

Why is caffeine consumption promoted as being bad if it is, without the use of recreational drugs, the only thing that allows most of us to feel energized and motivated for the day ahead?

Caffeine was grandfathered in as a GRAS (generally recognized as safe) substance many decades ago. Many health care consultants are trained and educated in the use of expensive, prescription only drugs which make more profits than natural substances like caffeine. There are political pressures by the drug industry to intentionally overlook caffeine as well as the food industry (grocery stores) to falsely pretend that soft drinks (containing caffeine), energy drinks, sports drinks, etc. are not drugs at all. So it’s about the old slogans: Follow the money; do not rock the boat, etc. Even coffee shops like Starbucks present caffeine/coffee for the taste and intentionally overlook the fact that coffee/caffeine is a weak drug. For those who do not believe caffeine is a drug, read the educational book: the How To (Temporarily) Cure Hyperactivity book (about proven Inattentive ADHD relief) - Brothers, M.D.; x-ref: Renshaw, M.D. X-ref: neurology, caffeine compounds, caffeine, soft drinks, modern nutrition, need for improved ingredient labeling, ingredients matter, etc. Caffeine today (2020) is big business: 5 Hour Energy, Red Bull, Rock Star, Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Dr. Pepper, etc.

Is ADHD - ADD - Hyperactivity (2020) really just a very mild, very subtle form of cerebral palsy? X-ref: Gross and fine motor control challenges, neurology, ADHD, epilepsy, cerebral palsy, narcolepsy, brain concussions, sports concussions, etc.
